Tenacious defender Jacob Surjan will miss Sunday’s clash with Sydney after not recovering from a corked thigh he copped at training on Wednesday.Surjan was ruled out on Friday morning when the thigh did not respond sufficiently to treatment. He wasn’t part of the team’s midday training session at Alberton.As announced on Thursday night, the Power has regained Steven Salopek from injury but when the final 22 was named on Friday it was revealed the selectors had opted to make a further change.Rebounding defender Brad Symes, who had played the last two weeks in the SANFL with Central District after playing for the Power in Rounds 4 and 5, is back in the side.Nathan Krakouer has been dropped for the first time since making his AFL debut in Round 1 this year.
