We are currently looking for a passionate Membership Officer to join our dynamic team based at the MCG. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and communication to Melbourne Football Club members.
Within this role you will be responsible for:-
- Accurately entering membership information into the Membership database system.
- Providing information to members by phone, email and written correspondence.
- Sending out updated membership information to members as required
- Resolution of member queries and concerns.
- Processing and balancing cash, cheque and credit card payment receipting for memberships.
- Actively promoting and demonstrating a strong customer service ethic.
- Attendance at key events and match days as required.
- An interest in sport and recreation (AFL is preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role, customer service, sales or administration.
- Excellent computer skills, including an intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good data entry skills, ideally a typing speed of 50+ wpm.
- Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a strong team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritise.
- Self motivated with a commitment to achieving results.
