The Fremantle Football Club is proud to announce Australian rock band Eskimo Joe as its new Number One Ticket Holder for 2010.

Eskimo Joe, which consists of vocalist and bassist Kav Temperley, drummer and guitarist Joel Quartermain and guitarist Stuart MacLeod, have a distinct Freo flavour, with the band having been formed in East Fremantle in 1997.

Fremantle General Manager of Business Operations David Pitts said having Eskimo Joe representing the club was an easy decision.

“They are Freo fans, they live in the area and they are able to attend games, as they did at our round three win against Geelong,” Pitts said. “They have a high profile in the music industry so having them on board as our Number One Ticket Holder is a great bonus for the club.

“We’re thrilled to have one of Australia’s most popular bands as an important part of the Fremantle Football Club.”

Pitts said the club was grateful for the contribution made by golfer Nick O'Hern as the club's Number One Ticket Holder in 2009.
