DAYNE Zorko's "minor" hamstring injury is expected to keep him out of next Saturday match against Gold Coast, but possibly not further, according Brisbane coach Chris Fagan.
Zorko left the field late in the third quarter of the Lions' 18-point win over the Western Bulldogs on Sunday and did not return after icing the hamstring.

"He had a very minor tweak of his hamstring and we just decided not to put him back on the ground," Fagan said.
"It could have made it worse
"We'll need a bit more information but he's probably in doubt for this weekend, but it might just be a minor one."

Brisbane has shown its propensity to be conservative with soft tissue problems.
Last week defender Alex Witherden left the field with a calf injury in the opening quarter against Hawthorn and was still able to play the Bulldogs this week.
Zorko is not only Brisbane's captain, but he is one of its most resilient players and in the middle of an All Australian caliber season.
The 30-year-old has played 163 matches and missed just four – including one through suspension – since his 2012 debut.
He is averaging 22 disposals, kicked 17 goals and is statistically the competition's best pressure player.

Fagan said although Zorko's injury was "not ideal" it would provide opportunity elsewhere.
"Footy's a game that's full of challenges and you never know when injuries and suspensions are going to come along," he said.
"If Dayne's out next weekend, we've got to welcome that because it gives somebody else an opportunity to come in and play and it keeps building the density in your list.
"You need a squad of players to be successful, not just a team of 22."

Fagan said he was pleased with his team's ability to arrest momentum against the Bulldogs in his team's seventh successive win.
After leading by 43 points during the third term, the Lions had their advantage whittled to 17 before steadying and running out winners.
