The ‘Breakfast in the Suburbs’ event will run from 6am till 9am with some big name Lions players and coaches attending throughout the morning in the lead-up to their AFL season opener against Fremantle at the Gabba.
Lions media partners 4BC and Channel 7 will also be on hand to help cook breakfast, interview the players and simply interact with the local Springwood community.
So be sure to head down to LIONS@springwood on Tuesday 22 March on your way to work or school to enjoy a FREE breakfast and catch up with some of the Lions on the eve of the season.
The breakfast event is just one of many community appearances the Club will make on ‘Community Tuesday’.
On the same day, the Lions will also help launch the Lions in the Library program in Logan as well as pay visit to multiple flood-affected schools in the nearby areas.
