Alberton Oval is the spiritual home of the Power so it seems more than appropriate that thousands of Port Adelaide fans should be able to watch the 2007 Grand Final from the middle of the historic ground.

A giant screen will be on the oval showing the Grand Final and a full day and night’s party has been planned.

If 2004 is anything to go by, the parochial atmosphere at Alberton will rival the experience of being at the MCG.

The entire ground is fully licensed and will have plenty of food, beer and wine outlets. There’s no BYO alcohol but food is allowed. Bring a chair or rug or something to sit on as well. Pass-outs are allowed.

The party will continue post-game with a live band and DJ late into the night.
