McPharlin has played two matches since tearing his calf on July 7 and is rumoured to be carrying a groin/adductor niggle as well, after his struggles with kicking during the preliminary final.
Johnson missed the qualifying final against Geelong with calf soreness and admitted he was tight at the start of last Saturday's game, his first match since round 22, but his calf got better as the game wore on.
Chris Mayne is troubled by a minor back complaint.
None of the three trained on Tuesday but football operations manager Bond said he was is no doubt they would take to the field for the Grand Final.
"A couple of them pulled up a little bit sore in the game," Bond said.
"Doctors are under no doubt that they'll play.
"They didn't train yesterday, but that was no surprise at this time of year. And certainly during the course of the year players do miss the (Tuesday session).
"From our point of view it's not a real threat if they just jog around tomorrow as well.
"All will be available and all will play."
Bond says McPharlin's issue is exclusively his calf and not his groin.
"From our point of view he came back from the calf a couple of weeks ago," Bond said.
"He's been able to play and get through that and he'll be fine. We're expecting him to train tomorrow."
Mayne has played 23 out of 24 matches this year. The only match he missed was against St Kilda in round 23. His back issue had only flared during the preliminary final win.
"He had a sore back. It wasn't anything major," Bond said.
"He played really well on the weekend, so it didn't restrict him in any way. It's just being cautious with him yesterday. We're expecting him to train tomorrow."
The Dockers are on their regular 3pm flight to Melbourne tomorrow following their main closed training session.
Bond says nothing would change for the Dockers in Grand Final week when it came to the process of travelling to Melbourne.
"We'll take our 25 players," Bond said.
"We've done that throughout the course of the year. I don't see that changing. We've had a very strict regime when it comes to our travel and it's worked, so we'll continue to do that."
