Football Technology Manager

The Essendon Football Club has a reputation as a leader in the Australian sports industry, with a proud history and strong values.  Driven to be recognised and respected as the most successful sporting club in Australia, both on and off the field, we are now seeking a Football Technology Manager to lead our Football Technology department.

Reporting to the Manager - People & Development, you will be responsible for:

·         Managing all match day technology

·         Managing and administering all the Football Department technology requirements

·         Conducting and coordinating staff training as required

·         Providing leadership and management to direct reports

·         Striving for best practice in all aspects of technology use

·         Driving the football technology to ensure best learning practices for our playing group

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

·         Experience working with technology in a sporting environment

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Meet deadlines and manage time effectively

·         High levels of attention to detail

·         Strong customer service skills
