Rory Atkins – 3
Had a very ordinary night. Racked up 22 possessions, but used the ball at only 54.5 per cent efficiency. Had a kick charged down that led to a Swans goal in the opening quarter and butchered a chance at goal himself in the second.
Eddie Betts – 4
Was kept out of the game until the second half. Kicked three goals late, but didn't have an impact when the game was on the line. Nick Smith did a wonderful job in their one-on-one match-up.
Luke Brown – 5
Solid in the Crows' backline without doing anything spectacular. Could face an extended off-season break with the match review panel likely to look at a sling tackle.
Charlie Cameron – 7
Provided great tackling pressure and attacked the ball with wonderful intent. Produced an impressive goal-saving spoil on Lance Franklin before showing great pace to hit the scoreboard himself.
Kyle Cheney – 5
Turned the ball over with a poor kick inside the defensive 50 leading to a Swans goal in the first quarter. Produced a couple of nice defensive efforts after that, but couldn't prevent the Swans' small forwards running riot.

Matt Crouch – 8
Best on ground for the Crows. Very busy in the opening quarter with a team-high 10 possessions before finishing with 34 touches. Worked hard at the contest against the best inside midfielders in the competition.
Brad Crouch – 5
An average game for the inside midfielder, collecting 18 possessions and 61 per cent efficiency. Well beaten by the Swans' midfielders.
Richard Douglas – 4
Struggled to make an impact, either in the midfield or when spending time in the forward line. Had just 17 possessions and only at 41 per cent efficiency.
Kyle Hartigan – 6
Moved on to Lance Franklin in the second quarter with Daniel Talia off the ground. Did a solid defensive effort on Franklin to limit his impact in the second half.
Sam Jacobs – 5
Struggled against the duel threat of Naismith and Nankervis when the game was on the line. Jacobs could have a case to answer for a high bump on Ben McGlynn in the last quarter.
Josh Jenkins – 3
Very quiet. Had just one touch in the first quarter, seven for the game and didn't kick a goal. Looked to struggle with the ankle injury sustained in last week's elimination final with North Melbourne.
The game in pictures: Swans flex their muscles
Rory Laird – 6
Was his usual busy self off half-back racking up 28 possessions and using the ball at 89 per cent efficiency. Tried hard all game.
Jake Lever – 4
Looked good early before courageously going back with the flight of the ball and getting cleaned up by Franklin in the second quarter. Went off the ground with an injury to his right ankle and didn't return in the second half.
Tom Lynch – 5
Had to wait until early in the second quarter before getting his first touch, which was also a long-range goal. Finished the game with 16 touches and two goals, but didn't have much of an impact. Well held by Aliir Aliir.
Jarryd Lyons – 5
Was solid in the midfield without being spectacular. Collected 19 possessions, with 10 of those contested, at 63 per cent efficiency.
David Mackay – 5
Found a bit of the ball on the wing and provided drive into the forward line with six inside 50s. Solid, without making an impact.
Mitch McGovern – 5
Tried hard all night as part of a Crows forward line that struggled without good service into the forward 50. Kicked a couple of goals to finish off a terrific first season in the League.
Rory Sloane – 7
Another solid performance from the All-Australian midfielder. Picked up 13 contested possessions and seven clearances to be one of the best in a losing side.
Brodie Smith – 5
Coming off a huge game against North Melbourne, Smith didn't have an influence off halfback. Picked up just the 16 possessions and was well held by the Swans' forwards whenever they turned the ball over.

What. A. Kick. #AFLFinals https://t.co/Ec3mCnf3Na
Daniel Talia – 5
Left the ground with a leg injury. Returned to the game, but was clearly hampered. Conceded a couple goals to Lance Franklin before being injured, then moved on to Richards when he came back on.
Scott Thompson – 6
A solid performance from the 300-game veteran with 20 touches, 14 of those contested, seven clearances and nine tackles. Remains to be seen if he plays on next year.
Taylor Walker – 5
The Crows skipper battled gamely up forward despite getting poor service from the midfielders. Kicked two goals and had six inside 50s among 16 possessions.
