GENERAL MANAGER - SUPPORTER OPERATIONS

This role presents an exciting opportunity at an Executive level within the West Coast Eagles Football Club. The General Manager of Supporter Operations is responsible for the success of the West Coast Eagles membership and merchandising operations and reports through to the Chief Operating Officer whilst sitting within the Executive team.

The key areas of the role will include:
• Generating and implementing strategies for retention and acquisition of new members.
• Developing and implementing strategies for increasing levels of measured membership satisfaction.
• Developing and introducing new membership products.
• Maintaining supporter engagement.
• Directing West Coast Eagles merchandise sales.
• Attaining forecast merchandising revenue targets.

It is expected the successful candidate will possess:
• An excellent ability to identify and prioritise strategic business and financial issues.
• An ability to improve budgets, reporting, forecasting and internal controls.
• Proven success implementing strategic marketing planning processes.
• Experience with ticketing, technical and industry knowledge.
• High level of confidence with financial structure and meeting forecast budgetary targets.
• Experience working in an organisation with a unique structure and reporting requirements.
• Proven management experience.
• Adept at Board and external stakeholder interaction.
