North Melbourne will continue its highly successful VFL alignment model, partnering North Ballarat and Werribee. Both sides played off in finals last season with North-listed players featuring prominently throughout the year.

With the Roos’ playing list for 2012 now complete, kangaroos.com.au can reveal who will play where.

The Roosters may have lost ruckman Orren Stephenson to Geelong in the AFL Draft, but have more than made up for it with Todd Goldstein switching across from Werribee.

North Ballarat will also have the services of North’s highest rated youngsters in Brad McKenzie and Tom Curran while rookie Max Warren will also play for the regional city. Gavin Urquhart returns to Eureka Stadium after a year with the Tigers.

Werribee should be looking for a premiership after making the preliminary final a few months back under the leadership of new coach and former Bulldog great Scott West. Joining him at Avalon Oval is a host of new faces including former Box Hill Hawk players Will Sierakowski and Sam Gibson and former Port premiership player Malcolm Lynch. Brad Mangan meanwhile will remain in familiar colours at the club.
