MAX GAWN was absent from Melbourne's training session on Monday afternoon – but worried Demons supporters can rest assured the star ruckman is fine.
Gawn, Neville Jetta and Alex Neal-Bullen all failed to train during a light one-hour session at Gosch's Paddock, raising questions about whether the trio may have been carrying injury concerns.

But a Melbourne spokesman confirmed to AFL.com.au that the trio trained indoors as part of their programs and are set to train fully during the club's main session on Wednesday.
AFL.com.au also spotted Gawn posing for a photograph with a fan outside the club's training base at AAMI Park.
Co-captain Jack Viney and forward Aaron vandenBerg trained away from the main group, jogging laps and then completing a light skills component which included stationary handballing and kicking.
Veteran Bernie Vince and defender Joel Smith trained with the rest of the club's VFL players before leaving the track earlier than the 22 who took the field against Hawthorn.
Both players are in the selection mix should an injury occur or the Demons decide they need an extra defender against the Eagles.
Melbourne will fly out for Perth on Friday and return home to Melbourne on Saturday after the game.
