RISING Bulldogs star Marcus Bontempelli and Port skipper Travis Boak are just two of the special guests when AFL.com.au's new breakfast show First Bounce returns on Friday morning.

Former Adelaide captain Mark Bickley will join Channel Seven's Cameron Ling and AFL Media's Matt Thompson LIVE on the panel from 7am AEDT, for a fun mix of footy talk and the latest AFL news.   

As well as chats with 'The Bont' and Boak, former Cats skipper and new Swans football manager Tom Harley will also make an appearance as will Geelong midfielder Cam Guthrie.

AFL.com.au reporter Jennifer Phelan rounds out the team with regular news updates to keep you in the loop as you start your day.
