Ladder is an independent non-profit organisation established by AFL players to tackle youth homelessness in Australia. Ladder empowers young people aged 16-25 to break the cycle of homelessness by harnessing the support of the AFL industry’s profile, networks and players. We support young people to transition to independence by building their capacity to: enhance their physical and mental health and wellbeing, maintain stable, safe and secure accommodation, remain connected to their community and access education, employment or training.
