FANS are divided about the future of the 2012 Brownlow Medal after Essendon midfielder Jobe Watson decided to hand the prestigious award back to the AFL on Friday.
The Commission will meet on Tuesday to discuss Watson's decision and decide if it awards retrospective medals to joint runners-up Sam Mitchell and Trent Cotchin.
As of Monday at 7pm, more than 70,000 fans have had their say on what decision the League should make via a poll on AFL.com.au, with supporters split.

A slim majority of 51 per cent believe the medal should be awarded to Mitchell and Cotchin, while 49 per cent believe the result should be null and void.
The issue has also divided past players and Brownlow medallists.
Essendon champion Matthew Lloyd wrote on Friday that 2012 should be an asterisk year for the Brownlow Medal as "34 players were deemed to have an unfair advantage".
The Commission, which is headed by chairman Mike Fitzpatrick, is also reported to be split on whether the joint runners-up should be awarded retrospective medals.
