Adam Schneider and Scott Thompson among five to miss a match each
ADELAIDE midfielder Richard Douglas will be the only player to face the Tribunal on Tuesday night after North Melbourne defender Scott Thompson, West Coast captain Darren Glass and Fremantle forward Hayden Ballantyne were among five players to accept one-game bans.
St Kilda forward Adam Schneider and Greater Western Sydney's Toby Greene were the other players suspended from round six, while Douglas' charge of rough conduct against Greater Western Sydney co-captain Callan Ward was referred directly to the Tribunal.
Douglas bumped Ward during the second quarter of the Crows' win at Adelaide Oval on Sunday as the Giants co-captain was chasing Crow Brodie Smith.
Douglas came in from the side, catching an unsuspecting Ward with his shoulder a few metres off the ball.
Ward's teammate Toby Greene was charged with striking Douglas in the aftermath of the incident, his guilty plea sidelining him for the Giants' clash with Gold Coast at Metricon Stadium on Saturday.
Thompson will miss North's clash with Fremantle after pleading guilty to striking Collingwood forward Travis Cloke, while Ballatyne will be missing for the Dockers after the combined demerit points of separate reprimands for striking and kneeing Sydney Swan Rhyce Shaw earned him a one-match ban.
Glass will miss West Coast's clash with Carlton at Etihad Stadium on Saturday after choosing not to contest a charge of rough conduct against Port Adelaide's Chad Wingard.
Schneider will miss the Saints' Anzac Day clash against the Brisbane Lions in Wellington after accepting a one-match ban for striking Essendon's Mark Baguley.
Meanwhile, there were no charges laid from Monday's clash between Hawthorn and Geelong. Incidents involving Luke Hodge and Steve Johnson and Tom Hawkins and Will Langford were looked at but dismissed.
