Jed Adcock and Justin Sherman have been included in the Lions’ team to play Richmond this Saturday night at Telstra Dome at the expense of Rhan Hooper and Scott Harding who have both been omitted.
Adcock returns after missing one week with a minor quad injury while Sherman is back after playing a starring role with the Suncoast Lions up forward in their match against Southport last weekend.
Young guns Adcock and Sherman have been Runners-up in the Club Champion award in 2007 and 2006 respectively and will be hoping to add some spark to the senior team in their final Melbourne match of the season.
Hooper and Harding make way for the returning pair.
Anthony Corrie will play his 50th senior match against the Tigers this weekend. Remarkably, Corrie has played 18 consecutive matches since returning from a full knee reconstruction at the end of last season.
