Several young Magpies including Brad Dick, Josh Thomas Ben Sinclair and Shae McNamara, welcomed a group of under 14s from the Echuca Junior Football Club to Gosch's Paddock on Tuesday afternoon.
The players from both sides worked out for over an hour on the paddock before moving inside the Westpac Centre for autographs and photos with the 2010 Premiership Cup.
The students from Echuca won the opportunity to train with the Pies after a student from the area submitted in 50 words or less why their team should win the opportunity.
The entire playing officially returns to pre-season training on Friday 12 November.
