The Eagles inducted dual premiership players Michael Brennan, Ashley McIntosh, Brett Heady, Peter Sumich and the late Chris Mainwaring into the now 14-member Hall of Fame.
Trevor Nisbett - current chief executive and the club's football manager for the 1992 and 1994 premierships - was also inducted, becoming the third non-playing member of the Hall of Fame after long-time trainer Bill Sutherland and two-time premiership coach Mick Malthouse were inducted at the inaugural ceremony in 2011.
Only four of the six inductees were present to accept their awards. Sumich was on assistant coaching duties with Fremantle at Simonds Stadium. Premiership teammate, close friend and Hall of Fame member Glen Jakovich accepted the honour on Sumich's behalf.
But the most moving induction of the night was that of Mainwaring, who passed away in October 2007 aged 41.
Mainwaring's wife Rani accepted the award on behalf of his family.
"It's such an emotional night tonight," Rani Mainwaring said.
"I just wish more than anything in the world that he could be here to accept this because I know that beyond all the achievements in his football career, this would be probably the most special.
"I'm very, very proud of him."
Malthouse, Sumich, and former Eagles assistant and current Carlton assistant coach Rob Wiley also delivered video tributes to Mainwaring.
The six new inductees join the eight existing members that include Sutherland, Malthouse, Jakovich, dual premiership captain and premiership coach John Worsfold, Norm Smith medallists Peter Matera and Dean Kemp and dual premiership players and best and fairest winners Chris Lewis and Guy McKenna.
The current Gold Coast coach made the extraordinary effort of flying from Melbourne to Perth after his side's 39-point loss to Carlton earlier on Saturday, arriving in time to see the inductions.
Nineteen of the 22 players that played in the 1994 premiership win over Geelong were in attendance with only Mainwaring, Sumich, and Shane Bond absent.
Jason Ball, who played in the 1994 premiership with West Coast and the 2005 flag with the Sydney Swans, travelled from his home in Sydney to attend the function at the Perth Convention and Exhibition centre.
