Southport Sharks co-captain Brayden Crossley joins State of Play after his side's record-breaking win over Frankston in the Smithy's VFL first elimination final.

The Sharks’ piled on a score of 30.15 (195) in their 92-point triumph at Fankhauser Reserve which was the highest scored kicked in the Smithy's VFL since the opening round of the 2018 season and the highest score in a final since 1985.

The results saw the 2022 grand finalists progress to the first semi final where they will take on the Geelong Cats at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday.

Crossley joins Gemma Bastiani and Joe Pignataro to discuss the powerful performance and to preview the upcoming trip to the Cattery.
