Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary company of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond’s health, fitness and leisure business activities. Aligned Leisure commence management of 8 recreation facilities in the Shire of Cardinia on July 1st 2016. The Shire of Cardinia is located on Melbourne's south-east fringe, about 55 km’s from the Melbourne CBD.
Cardinia Leisure Manager – Expressions of interest
The Cardinia Leisure Manager will lead all aspects of Aligned Leisure’s operations within the Cardinia Shire and have ultimate responsibility for approximately 150 staff, $5m in revenues and all 8 facilities that Aligned Leisure manage in the Shire. The Manager will maintain an outstanding relationship with the Cardinia Shire Council, ensuring that all operational plans align with important council strategies and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Aligned Leisure staff to drive Council objectives throughout Cardinia
- Implement plans developed through tender response
- Ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
- Manage assets in accordance with contract specifications
- Member of the Cardinia Leisure Senior Management Team
- Outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders
