Driven to be recognised and respected as the most successful sporting club in Australia, both on and off the field, we are now seeking a team of Member Service Officers to join our Customer Marketing team.
Reporting to the Member Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the provision of information to members and fans via inbound & outbound phone calls, email, post and in person. Your attention to detail during data entry and ability to prioritise competing tasks will be valued in this role.
With a strong focus on delivering best in class customer service you will rely on your extensive experience in a call centre, retail or sales environment. Your diverse experience and understanding of a CRM and of Microsoft Office suite will assist you in securing this opportunity.
You must be able to identify relevant information from verbal and written communication and complete tasks as directed in a timely and accurate manner to enable you to succeed in this exciting role.
Previous membership experience and knowledge of Archtics will be highly regarded.
