ADELAIDE'S next senior coach is set to have a say in Brad Crouch's future, amid interest from Gold Coast in the contracted midfielder.
But Crouch's younger brother Matt "won't be going anywhere", according to Crows list manager Justin Reid.
Brad Crouch has been shopped around ahead of the Telstra AFL Trade Period, with his management seeking a deal in the region of $5m for five seasons.
The 25-year-old is a leading contender for the club champion award on Thursday night and, while he is in negotiations with the Crows about a long-term extension, there is no timeline on getting a deal done.
"Hopefully in the near future we'll have that senior coach and we'll sit down with the senior coach from a list management point-of-view, as he will with the playing group," Reid told Telstra AFL Trade Radio.
"Once we get through that, then we'll sit down (with Brad) and start talking about terms going forward."

The Crows are set to be major players this off-season as they refresh the third-oldest list in the competition.
Much-loved forward Eddie Betts is the biggest name likely to depart ahead of a fairytale return to Carlton for the 32-year-old.
"I think if something fitted the needs of Carlton and Eddie and his family then it would probably look that way, but there's still a lot of water to go under the bridge yet," Reid said.
Veteran ruckman Sam Jacobs, who is a restricted free agent, is set to join Greater Western Sydney, while forward Josh Jenkins is searching for a new home.
The Crows could pay part of Jenkins' wage at another club, while Alex Keath (Western Bulldogs), Hugh Greenwood (Gold Coast) and Cam Ellis-Yolmen (Brisbane) are also headed for the exit at West Lakes.

"It's really early days there. He hasn't requested a trade and he's still really keen to be at the Adelaide Football Club," Reid said.
The Crows are looking to acquire youth and are open-minded about trading picks four, 24 and 28.

They hold "strong interest" in securing emerging forward-ruck Billy Frampton from Port Adelaide after limited opportunities for the 22-year-old at the Power.
Adelaide is also closely monitoring Brodie Grundy's situation as the dual All Australian ruckman seeks a seven-year deal from Collingwood.
Reid provided a cryptic response when asked about Grundy, who would be a free agent if he remains unsigned at the end of 2020.

"He's a contracted player and I think he's been publicly really clear he'll be seeing out his current contract, which expires at the end of next year," Reid said.
"He's a superstar and a great player and I think those things will play themselves out in 12 months' time."
