2012 Finals Series

3-game, 4-game, 5-game, MCC Hawk, 11-game and home and away-game members are given the opportunity to purchase a ticket during the first three weeks of the finals series (Week 1 - Qualifying & Elimination Finals, Week 2 - Semi Finals & Week 3 - Preliminary Finals). Finals matches at the MCG are administered by the AFL with the core advantage to Hawthorn Football Club members being a priority access period for the opportunity to purchase ticket/s to the game before the general public. This priority access period is also extended to the members of the other competing club.

Neither the Club nor its members have the same rights as they receive for Home & Away games - 2012 reserved seat members will be unable to retain their current reserved seat for the finals series.

Grand Final Priority and registration

Grand Final tickets for participating Clubs are limited and allocation is determined by a priority listing. The order of priority for those members who hold an 11-game or away-game membership is as follows:

Priority One: Legends Club, 11-game & home and away-game Kennedy Club, Gold Interstate, Tassie Gold & Gold members

Priority Two: 11-game & home and away-game Silver members, MCC Hawk members

Priority Three: 11-game & home and away-game General Admission & AFL Silver Club Support members

Priority One members are guaranteed a Grand Final ticket when Hawthorn Football Club participates, as long as they register for a ticket during the allocated time. The allocated registration time will be communicated to all members closer to the date. While Priority One members are guaranteed a Grand Final ticket, they are not guaranteed a Premium seat allocation for the Grand Final, regardless of seat allocation throughout the Home & Away season.

Priority Two & Three members are also required to register for a Grand Final ticket when Hawthorn Football Club participates, however they will enter a ballot to determine if they are successful in obtaining a ticket. Members will be required to register in their allocated time, which will be communicated at a later date.

Members must follow the registration procedures outlined in the Grand Final Ticketing Information booklet, which will be sent via post to all members with a Grand Final priority close to the end of the season. The registration procedure is conducted by Ticketek via phone or internet only. A non-refundable registration fee will be required which must be secured with a valid credit-card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners).

To be eligible for a Grand Final ticket, you must join as a member prior to 30 June, 2012.

3-game, 4-game (Hudson Club, Eade Wing, Pritchard Pocket, Tasmania General Admission) and 5-game members (Regional, Regional Silver, Interstate) are not eligible to purchase a Grand Final ticket through Hawthorn Football Club Grand Final Registration.
