We are currently seeking a Membership Team Leader to join our outstanding membership team. Reporting to the Membership Manager, this role is responsible for the coordination and execution of all elements relating to the effective administration and servicing of members. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with customer service and administration experience looking to further their career within a customer focused and data driven environment.
To succeed in this role you must be motivated, enjoy working as part of a team and thrive on paying attention to detail. Previous experience in a membership or customer service role is favorable but not essential.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:

• Exceptional data processing skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong team member
• Punctuality & reliability
• An interest in Australian Rules Football
