Every Power player rated from the first elimination final
Travis Boak – 9
The skipper set the tone from the opening bounce, racking up 10 possessions and kicking a goal in the Power's game-breaking first quarter, while also setting up an Ollie Wines goal. Clearly best on ground, he finished with a game-high 33 touches and 12 clearances. The ultimate captain's game.
Matthew Broadbent – 6
One of the Power's quiet achievers, the defender rarely put a foot wrong against the Tigers. Played predominantly on Nathan Gordon, Brett Deledio and Reece Conca, conceding two goals to his direct opponent.
Alipate Carlile – 6
Kept Richmond spearhead Jack Riewoldt goalless until midway through the third term, but subsequently conceded three goals as the sting went out of the match. Carlile's job on Riewoldt was made a lot easier by the pressure applied by his teammates up the ground.
The Power's No.1 run-with player blanketed Trent Cotchin, restricting the Richmond skipper to 15 possessions, including just one in the final term, while racking up 21 touches himself. It was clear Cornes had gotten inside Cotchin's head when the Richmond captain gave away an undisciplined free kick late in the game.
Brad Ebert – 7
A solid contributor in the Power's midfield and, as usual, ran hard both ways. Used the ball well, had five inside 50s and chipped in with two goals.
Robbie Gray – 8
Continued his outstanding season with another dominant performance. Set up Port's first goal with a handball to Westhoff and was one of the driving forces as the Power put its foot on the Tigers' throats early. Was influential in the midfield and creative in attack with a game-high four goal assists.
Might only have had 15 possessions, but his toughness in the midfield and preparedness to work back into defence made him one of the Power's best players. His class was evident in his passes that set up a Chad Wingard goal late in the second quarter and an Ollie Wines goal in the third term.
Jack Hombsch – 7
Rock solid in defence all day. Took eight marks and had an equal team-high five rebound 50s. Played predominantly on Nathan Gordon, keeping the Tiger goalless until the dying minutes.
Tom Jonas – 7
The defender made life tough for Richmond across half-back, cutting off countless Tiger attacks with his intercept marking. Also provided counter-attack with five rebound 50s and set up a Chad Wingard goal midway through the third term.
Matthew Lobbe – 5
Tried hard but lowered his colours to Ivan Maric. Had just five possessions and one mark compared to his Tiger opponent's 11 possessions, four marks and one goal. Had the edge in the hitouts 26-20.
Angus Monfries – 7
A strong game from the former Bomber who made the most of his opportunities up forward, kicking 2.2 and taking eight marks. A hard match-up for opposition teams and proved a handful for opponents including Chris Newman, Bachar Houli and Jake Batchelor.
Andrew Moore – 5
Started the game as Port's substitute and replaced Matt White in the second quarter. Was a solid contributor after that, finishing with 12 possessions.
Jake Neade – 7
A lively game from the small forward, who finished with a team-high three goals. His goal from a tight angle midway through the third term was all class.

Cam O'Shea – 6
The defender played on a host of opponents including Shane Edwards, Brett Deledio and Nathan Gordon and did not concede a single goal. He also ran hard offensively when given the opportunity and finished with 17 touches.
Jasper Pittard – 4
One of the few quiet Port players, offering little of his usual dash as he finished with 11 possessions. Spent time on a variety of opponents, but mostly Shane Edwards and Nathan Foley. Dropped a mark on the goal-line midway through last term to allow Edwards to goal.
Jared Polec – 6
Influential with his run and precise ball use, particularly in the first half. Hit the scoreboard with two first-half goals and his class was underlined with a superb kick across his body that found Robbie Gray inside Port's forward 50 midway through the second term.
Jay Schulz – 5
Started the game well with three shots on goal in the first eight minutes for one major. Finished with two first-half goals, two goal assists and five marks in a hard-fought battle with Alex Rance.
Jackson Trengove – 6
Spent most of the match on Ben Griffiths, keeping Richmond's secondary target in attack goalless until the dying seconds of the game. Ran off the Richmond big man whenever he could, pumping Port inside its forward 50 three times.
Justin Westhoff – 8
The Port big man was outstanding, roaming far and wide to finish with 21 possessions. Damaging in attack, where he kicked the first goal of the game and the first goal of the second term, he also worked hard to give the Power a strong marking target further up the ground. Obliterated former teammate Troy Chaplin.
Matt White – 3
Joined in the first-quarter avalanche with a goal, but was substituted from the game midway through the second quarter with a facial injury. Port will be sweating on his availability for the semi-final clash against Fremantle.
Ollie Wines – 7
The young midfield bull was his usual bullocking self in the midfield and finished off his hard work with two goals and three goal assists.
Chad Wingard – 8
The Power livewire is working back into form at the right time of the year. Finished with 22 possessions and two goals and was his usual creative self with his delivery into Port's forward 50. Brought Port fans to their feet with a speccy over Brett Deledio midway through the final term.
