Your Role

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the charge in developing and executing a long-term commercial strategy to maximize sponsorship, corporate partnerships, and hospitality revenue.

· Secure game-changing partnerships with brands that align with the club’s values, brand, and strategic vision.

· Lead corporate sales and business development efforts, securing major sponsorships and commercial deals.

· Oversee the delivery of sponsorship activations and partnership servicing, ensuring all agreements drive maximum value for stakeholders.

· Collaborate with marketing, media, and events teams to craft compelling sponsorship assets and premium corporate experiences.

· Drive the club’s premium hospitality and match-day corporate offerings, ensuring best-in-class experiences for partners and clients.

· Leverage Tasmania’s unique brand to attract local, national, and international investment.

· Establish strong relationships with local, national, and international businesses, leveraging Tasmania’s unique brand attributes and appeal.

· Provide commercial leadership to the CEO and executive team, shaping the club’s long-term financial success.
