JACK Watts is on track to squander his talent, AFL.com.au chief football correspondent Damian Barrett says.

Port Adelaide's Watts was filmed snorting a white substance – believed to be made up of menthol, sugar and glucose – off a woman's chest at Germany’s Oktoberfest in in October 2018.

BRAINLESS Watts act 'the height of stupidity', says Port chairman

In episode two of the Sounding Board podcast, Barrett and co-host Craig Hutchison were scathing in their criticism of Watts, a former No.1 draft pick.

"It's almost as if he's going to meander his way through a career that could've been a whole lot better," Barrett said.

"Right now, at his second club, having had an ordinary off-season, and always being questioned about his dedication to the craft, I don’t know why he's still on a club list if he's carrying on like that."
