ADELAIDE veteran David Mackay will be part of the Crows' rebuilding process after signing a one-year deal to confirm he'll play his 13th season in 2020.
The 31-year-old wingman played 18 games this year, averaging 17.2 disposals, to take his total to 220 games with the Crows since being drafted with the 48th overall pick in 2006.
Mackay is on track to be on the oldest player on the Crows' list next year with Eddie Betts likely to request a trade to Carlton, free agent ruckman Sam Jacobs expected to move to Greater Western Sydney and Richard Douglas having been delisted.
Crows list manager Justin Reid told the club's website that Mackay's experience would be crucial as the Crows go through a transition period.
