KANGAROO Majak Daw is a daddy.
The North Melbourne defender posted on Instagram on Thursday night that his partner, Emily McKay, had given birth to their first child, Hendrix Kuat William Daw.
They chose the same social media platform in April to announce McKay was pregnant, saying only that "Baby Daw" would arrive later in the year.
Daw, 28, played four VFL games this season after recovering from serious hip and pelvis injuries sustained in a fall from the Bolte Bridge in December.
A left hamstring setback in the fourth of those matches ended his bid to play at AFL level in 2019, but he is expected to be fit for the start of pre-season.
