AFL MEDIA'S reporters and photographers have taken home four gongs at the Australia Football Media Association's annual awards night.
Photographer Jono Searle claimed two awards: Best Photographer and Best Action Photo for his image of Melbourne ruckman Max Gawn.
Reporter Mitch Cleary won the award for Best Feature writer for his portfolio that included a look at the frantic final hours of Dylan Shiel's trade from GWS to Essendon and a day spent with St Kilda during the pre-season.
