SYDNEY has delisted James Rose and Durak Tucker.

Rose played 14 games since being drafted at pick No.37 in 2014, while Tucker was recruited in the 2018 rookie draft but never made his debut.

Injuries meant West Australian Tucker barely had a chance to succeed at the highest level.

The Swans have already seen Jarrad McVeigh, Kieren Jack, Nick Smith and Heath Grundy retire.

They are looking to trade for Essendon spearhead Joe Daniher while small forward Tom Papley wants to leave for Carlton despite being contracted until the end of 2023.

A three-way deal could see both of those players reach their desired destination, with the Bombers potentially landing two picks in the top nine of this year's NAB AFL Draft.

Adelaide forward Riley Knight could be a potential replacement for Papley in attack.

Injury-riddled goalkicker Daniel Menzel is among the Swans whose future is in limbo while big man Darcy Cameron is destined to land at Collingwood.
