CARLTON'S woes have deepened with confirmation star midfielder Zac Fisher and defender Liam Jones will be sidelined for the remainder of the season.
Fisher fractured his fibula after a clash with Hawk Daniel Howe in the opening term of Sunday's 72-point loss to Hawthorn.
In an incident set to be assessed by match review Ooficer Michael Christian on Sunday, Howe appeared to trip the Blues youngster, who sat out the remainder of the match.
Jones suffered medial ligament damage after a marking contest in the second term, with the Blues reduced to two players on the bench after half-time after he failed to return.
More to come
