WILSTON Grange won its first QWAFL premiership on Sunday with a 14-point win against Coorparoo at Yeronga. 

In the WAWFL Grand Final, East Fremantle beat Subiaco by five points at Claremont Oval. The Sharks kicked the only goal of the final quarter after scores were tied at three-quarter time.

Finals footy will commence this weekend in the VFLW, TSLW and Premier Division in the Sydney AFL competition, with just four sides remaining in each competition.

Here's a look at how some of the AFLW-listed players at your club performed last weekend.

ADELAIDE

Sarah Perkins kicked two goals in the VFLW for Hawthorn as it defeated Geelong by 16 points at Box Hill City Oval. Perkins' second goal gave the Hawks a game-high 26-point lead during the third term. The Northern Territory Thunder had a bye in the final round of the VFLW home and away season. They play Geelong in the second semi-final at North Port Oval on Sunday, after finishing third on the ladder. The Thunder is made up almost entirely of Adelaide-listed players, including Jessica Sedunary, Jenna McCormick and Angela Foley.

BRISBANE

Kate Lutkins won the medal for best on ground in Wilston Grange's 14-point Grand Final win against Coorparoo in the QWAFL. Lutkins was the difference at both ends of the ground. She took countless intercept marks in defence and booted a goal late in the third term to extend Wilston Grange's lead. Ally Anderson was Coorparoo's best player, working tirelessly to win contested ball and clearances. Jess Wuetschner booted an equal game-high two goals for Coorparoo, including the first goal of the game. She was damaging on the wing and inside 50 early in the match, but was curtailed in the second half by Lutkins.

CARLTON

Darcy Vescio bagged a magnificent nine goals for Carlton in the VFLW, as the Blues recorded a 75-point win against Essendon at Windy Hill. Vescio overtook Darebin's Hannah Mouncey to be the VFLW's leading goalkicker this season. Abbie McKay played her first game for Carlton, kicking a goal and winning a number of clearances. McKay is the daughter of Carlton champion Andrew McKay.

COLLINGWOOD

Jaimee Lambert booted three goals for Collingwood as it defeated Casey by 33 points at Casey Fields. Lambert's goal late in the third term gave the Pies an 11-point buffer at the final change. Collingwood held Casey scoreless in the final quarter and kicked three goals to run away with the win. Holly Whitford was best on ground for the Pies, accumulating 17 possessions and five tackles. Stacey Livingstone and Ruby Schleicher each kicked two goals and had 14 and 13 touches respectively. Chloe Molloy has been Collingwood's most consistent contributor in recent weeks and racked up a team-high 18 disposals. Collingwood's win secured it the minor premiership. The Pies will play Hawthorn in the VFLW first semi-final on Saturday at North Port Oval.

FREMANTLE

Ashlee Atkins kicked two goals for East Fremantle in its five-point win in the WAWFL Grand Final against Subiaco at Claremont Oval. The Sharks kicked the first two goals of the match and led by as many as 20 points in the second quarter. Hayley Miller was part of the Subiaco side that lost the Grand Final.

GEELONG

Richelle Cranston was among Geelong's best in the 16-point VFLW loss to Hawthorn at Box Hill City Oval. She finished with a match-best 25 possessions. Kate Darby kicked one of the Cats' three goals, grabbed 12 touches and laid eight tackles. Phoebe McWilliams, who will line up for the Cats in the AFLW in 2019, tallied 10 disposals and took four marks for Hawthorn. The Cats finished the home and away season in fourth spot and play an elimination final against the Northern Territory Thunder at North Port Oval on Sunday.

GREATER WESTERN SYDNEY

Rebecca Beeson kicked two goals and had 22 touches for Hawthorn in the 16-point VFLW win against Geelong. She had a team-high 18 kicks and five marks. Pepa Randall had 15 disposals for the Hawks and was pivotal in limiting the Cats to only three goals for the game. Jessica Dal Pos was lively for Darebin in its four-point VFLW loss to the Western Bulldogs at Northcote. She had 16 possessions, including 14 kicks and laid five tackles. Macquarie University's Amanda Farrugia and Ellie Brush will face their Giants teammate, the UNSW Bulldogs' Jacinda Barclay, to determine which team will progress directly into the Grand Final in the premier division in Sydney.

MELBOURNE

Bianca Jakobsson had 19 touches, took seven marks, laid eight tackles and kicked a goal in the VFLW for Casey in its 33-point loss to Collingwood at Casey Fields. Maddison Gay notched 20 disposals and had seven tackles and was one of Casey's best. Ashleigh Guest led the way for the Western Bulldogs in the VFLW, notching up 23 possessions in the Dogs' four-point win over Darebin. She also had six marks and four tackles in a best-on-ground performance.

NORTH MELBOURNE

Jamie Stanton kicked an incredible dribble goal from the boundary line in the second quarter that got Wilston Grange into the contest after a slow start against Coorparoo in the QWAFL Grand Final. Brittany Gibson played a starring role in Wilston Grange's third quarter surge against the Kings. Her repeated defensive efforts were rewarded as she snared a goal to give the home side a decisive lead. Maddison Smith was among Clarence's best players in the TSLW as the visitors toppled Glenorchy by 19 points. The Kangaroos kicked four goals to one in the second half after scores were level at the main break. 

WESTERN BULLDOGS

Belinda Smith kicked a goal for East Fremantle in its five-point win in the WAWFL Grand Final against Subiaco at Claremont Oval. Smith kicked 28 goals for the Sharks this season to finish third in the goalkicking. Hannah Scott booted two of the Bulldogs' six goals in their narrow four-point VFLW win against Darebin. Scott accumulated 17 possessions and had 10 tackles in a stellar performance. Kirsten McLeod kicked a goal, as the Dogs came from 13 points down at three-quarter time to win.
