COLLINGWOOD forward Mason Cox has delivered on his social media promise to visit a sick Magpies fan.
Connor Camilleri is recovering in Melbourne's Royal Children's Hospital from a badly bruised kidney and his father Greg used Twitter to reach out to his son's favourite team.
This kid has gone thru a heap over the past 2 days. Its a slow road 2 recovery but he will get there.@CollingwoodFC any chance of a shoutout coz i know it will really lift his spirits. Yesterday even in real pain he listened 2 the game & was dissecting every aspect of it#gopies pic.twitter.com/ATYxYEsvJP

After Greg showed Connor the tweet, his son said the Pies "don't have time to worry about him" as they were too busy getting the sore Cox back for Saturday's match against North Melbourne at the MCG.
Cox then responded and made sure he visited Connor on Wednesday evening, delivering some special gifts.
It was good seeing little Connor and after hearing about his favorite teams dropping off some gear from @NewEraAustralia and some game worn boots! I'm sure he would enjoy the support from everyone! #payitforward #getwellsoon pic.twitter.com/Yfil5SSI9h
