RICHMOND'S board reshuffle has continued with the Tigers filling their two casual vacancies.
Former Hay Group (Pacific) managing director Henriette Rothschild and former SEEK Education managing director Joe Powell have been unanimously accepted after recommendations from a nominations committee.
The board vacancies were created when ex-captain Tony Free stepped down last November and Rex Chadwick resigned due to ill health in January.
Rothschild recently spent seven years with Hay Group and currently sits on the board of Brown Brothers and on the advisory board of digital start up CircleSource.
Powell currently sits on the Migration Australia Council Board.
"Both Henriette and Joe bring enormous experience and organisational expertise to the club and we look forward to their contribution," Richmond president Peggy O'Neal said.
"They also bring an absolute commitment to deliver our members and fans a successful football team which, as always, is our number one priority."
The Tigers' board has undergone major changes over the past 18 months, amid an attempted takeover by the 'Focus on Footy' group, which was abandoned last September.
Rothschild and Powell's appointments come after John O’Rourke and Brendon Gale were added more than 12 months ago, while premiership player Emmett Dunne joined last September.
"This continues our commitment to succession planning and ensuring we have the right skillset around the board table to build our business and, most importantly, deliver on-field success," O’Neal said.
