ENIGMATIC Geelong forward Steven Motlop has been linked with a move to Gold Coast.
NAB AFL Trade Radio reported on Tuesday that the 185cm forward was spotted on the Gold Coast and checking out the Suns’ facilities at Metricon Stadium.
The 26-year-old could be part of the move to bring Gary Ablett back to the Cats if Motlop agrees to the join the Suns.
The Cats have not been in any hurry to offer Motlop, who played 22 games in 2017, a new contract and he is expected to move on from the club in the next two weeks once the trade period commences.
