NORTH Melbourne recruit Billy Hartung will wear No.39 in his first season at the club.

Hartung wore No.4 in his last two years at Hawthorn, but donned No.40 prior to that.

Fellow recruit Alex Morgan will wear No.21, while defender Mitch Hibberd has moved to No.17 (from No.39) and forward Nick Larkey has gone to No.20 (from No.40).

The draftees have also been assigned their jumpers: Will Walker (No.27), Kyron Hayden (No.37), Tristan Xerri (No.38), Tom Murphy (No.40) and Gordon Narrier (No.41).

In changes that have already been announced, Majak Daw will wear No.1, Taylor Garner will take No.6, Jy Simpkin will have No.12 and Luke Davies-Uniacke will wear No.9.
