THE FACT he has asthma won't stop Port Adelaide captain Travis Boak from playing in the club's historic game against Gold Coast in China on Sunday.
Poor air quality is expected in Shanghai with a combination of smog and a potential sandstorm set to add another challenge for the players.

Boak was one of nine Power players who departed Adelaide on Tuesday night, with the remainder to fly out on Wednesday morning.
The Power skipper said he wasn't concerned about the air quality as he prepares to lead the club for the 100th time.
"I've had asthma since I was a little kid and I've got no issues with it at all," Boak told Triple M radio on Tuesday afternoon.
"I'm looking forward to getting over there.
"I've got my Ventolin ready and I take that before every game, so I'm not really too fazed at all.
"We went over there (at the end of November) and we trained and I was fine.
"It is what it is, but we'll go over there and play footy."
Boak and Power teammates Ollie Wines, Robbie Gray, Chad Wingard, Paddy Ryder and Brad Ebert were in Shanghai from November 28 to December 2 last year to get an idea of the conditions.
According to the National Asthma Association of Australia, one in 10 Australians have asthma, which is a condition that restricts the amount of air that can be carried into a person's lungs.
Ventolin is a bronchodilator that relaxes muscles in the airways and increases air flow to the lungs.
