JACK Watts' charging report in the VFL from the weekend has been thrown out, giving the Melbourne forward a chance to return to the senior team ahead of this year's finals series.
Playing for Casey, Watts was reported for bumping his Williamstown opponent, Nicholas Sing, while he was in the air during Saturday's match at Casey Fields.

Sing was in the process of tapping the ball on to a teammate when Watts jumped into him, with his eyes on the player rather than the ball.
However, the VFL Match Review Panel determined there was insufficient force in the incident and discarded the report early on Monday.
Watts was dropped from Melbourne's team after the Demons' loss to Greater Western Sydney in round 20, having struggled for form following a month on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.
Coach Simon Goodwin said Watts was still no guarantee to return to the side for this Saturday's game against Collingwood, but he said the forward had made some important progress.
Watts collected 19 disposals, kicked a goal and took 11 marks playing up forward and in the ruck in tricky conditions at Casey Fields.
"There's obviously a lot of talk about Jack and how he plays," Goodwin said after Melbourne's win over the Brisbane Lions on Sunday.
"He's improving, which is great for the footy club.
"He'll be judged on his performance like every other player at the football club."
