FREMANTLE coach Ross Lyon has put his players on notice after the first 100-point loss of his 250-game coaching career.
The Dockers failed miserably against the best side in the competition as ladder leaders Adelaide romped to a 20.23 (143) to 6.7 (43) drubbing at Adelaide Oval on Saturday night.
"I don't think too many would put their head on the pillow tonight and think I'm absolutely safe because it's a performance business, whether you're a coach or a player," Lyon said.
"We need to reward people who have been underneath pushing away."
Lyon made six changes the last time the Dockers left Adelaide after a huge loss – when they were smashed by Port Adelaide by 89 points in round two.

They subsequently responded to turn their season around before getting a rude wake-up call from a rampant Crows' outfit.
Lyon said his three emergencies – Luke Ryan, young ruckman Sean Darcy and Tommy Sheridan – would come into consideration for next Sunday's match with Collingwood at Domain Stadium.
Veteran ruckman Aaron Sandilands is no guarantee to return from hamstring tightness to face the Magpies.

"I'm not sure if he's back next week or not," Lyon said.
"He would've trained today and done something."
The result was a major step back for the Dockers (6-4) after they stormed into the top eight on the back of six wins in their past seven games.
"We embarrassed ourselves as a coaching and playing group with what we delivered," Lyon said.
"There won't be a heavy post-mortem, we acknowledge our form coming in over six out of seven weeks has been really workmanlike and building and we came here to continue on with that.
"They comprehensively obliterated us around the ball, around the stoppages and then we didn't defend that well when it went in and we didn't structure up very well to get it out.
"They're a very good team, but even by Crows' standards that was extreme."
In a dark night for the Dockers, Lyon said he was impressed with Lachie Weller when he was moved into the midfield, while Darcy Tucker and Connor Blakely fought hard.
"We've seen teams go from extraordinary to ordinary very quickly just because they don't have that out-and-out talent to sustain high-level football for 22 weeks," Lyon said.
"We changed our routine coming here because (for) the night games, we go two days out and we found that was a bit long sitting in a hotel, so we came one day less.
"We understand we're a team trying to transition our list and our football.
"They're a very good team, they're on top of the ladder, they got hold of us and taught us a lesson."
