COMPLACENCY was not an issue with our top-dollar stars as they went bang once again, pumping out some huge scores ... well almost all of them. There are some serious concerns about a couple of Sydney midfielders who seem to be a little off the pace in comparison.
Fantasy Pig
After dropping 22k week one following a slow start to the season, Rory Sloane rewarded his coaches for hanging tight with a round-high 152 which was highlighted with a whopping 15 tackles. With the Crows in sensational form, make sure you consider Sloane when it comes to making an upgrade in the midfield. He is currently owned by just three per cent of the competition.
Honourable mention: I always thought Zach Merrett would remain dominant despite the class returning to the midfield, but I didn’t predict him to start quite this well! Merrett backed up his sensational round one with another 'Piggish' performance against the Lions where he collected 32 possessions, took nine marks, laid five tackles and iced the cake with a goal. He is a huge chance to be 'Snouted' at this rate.
• Nine things we learned from round two
Rage trades
I wish I took my own advice and steered clear of mid-priced players. When I looked at Jack Steele’s score at quarter-time and saw a solidary point … I didn’t know whether to be sick or hunt for the delete team button. Fortunately he battled away in the second half, eventually finishing on 54, but that’s not what we paid for. His saving grace may well be the injuries to Saints midfielders Jack Steven and David Armitage, coupled with the tasty match-up with the Lions this week.
Honourable mention: You need to back your star selections, but at what point do you stop and say, ‘enough is enough’? Coaches of Dan Hannebery must be at that point after his priced plummeted for the second consecutive week following a score of just 79. He certainly doesn’t look himself and a trade is a viable option.

Sam Powell-Pepper overcame a slow start to put in a dominant performance on the back of a NAB AFL Rising Star nomination in round one. He finished with 84, but it was teammate Dan Houston who made the most of junk time like a Fantasy pro, finishing with 11 marks and 99 points.

Tough call, but Sam Powell-Pepper looks great. If you have nothing else that needs doing, he is certainly the better player and showed his scoring potential in the second quarter.
@RoyDT Have non WHE owners missed the boat? #RoysWrap

Certainly have to pay a few extra dollars, but his role in the team is outstanding. A trip to Sydney this week is probably not ideal but I still think its fine to bring him in.

You just know you are going to get burned either way here. On one hand, he is capable of one-point quarters. On the other hand, they need him in the middle this week against the Lions at Etihad Stadium where he should surely score 90.
@RoyDT Time to trade M.Crouch for Oliver? Make some cashola? #RoysWrap

Big shuffle, but I don’t mind it if you use the cash well.

Wouldn’t blame you for chasing the value here, but personally I would get Adam Treloar ASAP.
