RICHMOND superstar Dustin Martin's nanna has followed through on her promise that she would get a tattoo if the Tigers won the premiership.
Lois Knight has made a permanent tribute to her grandson's incredible season, inking Martin's iconic No.4 in yellow and black on her body.
Within the figure four are three words, "Premiers 2017, Brownlow and Norm Smith", paying homage to the three medallions Martin took home this year.
The 70yo said the concept of the design was created by one of Martin's old school friends. She got the tattoo at former Tiger Jake King's South Melbourne tattoo parlour.
Knight wouldn't reveal the exact location of the tattoo, but told KIIS101.1 it was somewhere that could be covered up.
"I got it where you can’t see it," she said. "I can’t even see it. I've got to get a mirror to have a look in the mirror to see it. I love it and it's original."
Knight said it wasn't a painful experience.
"I could feel him pricking, but it didn't hurt."
The Tigers beat Adelaide in last month's Grand Final, breaking a 37-year premiership drought.
Martin made history when he became the first player to win the Brownlow, Norm Smith and a premiership in the same year.
