 		you saw us when we were knocked over with a feather on Tuesday night ...... it was the moment we saw the Magpies' announcement that Gubby Allan was joining them.

 		Casboult is unfixable ...... the worry is that Daniher may be too.

 		Pav was to walk away at any stage over the next fortnight ...... no one would think any less of him.
Geelong
 		there's something we haven't felt since 2011 ......  it's that self-assuredness pulsating out of the Cattery. It's definitely back.
Gold Coast
 		Brandon Matera can't get a game for this team this season ...... he won't be wanting to get a game for this club next season. And there will be plenty of offers.
Greater Western Sydney

 		there's one player we're really happy for in 2016 ...... it is Phil Davis. Has finally had a fair run with injury, and is clearly as crucial as any of his more celebrated teammates in whatever success lies ahead.
Hawthorn
 		Clarko ever chose to look back, and we're pretty sure he doesn't  ...... he may regret forcing Lake to retire at end of 2015.
Melbourne
 		Hogan booted seven last week against the Saints ...... if he's in a similar mood on Saturday against the Suns, he'll kick 10.
North Melbourneyou're joining a group containing Schimma, Arch, Simmo and Boomer ...... there's nothing more that needs to be said about your impact on this club. And Drewie can hold his head very high in that group ...

 		ever a player looked to be a born forward ......  it is Jarman Impey. Hope he can go on with it now.

 		Alex Rance hadn't walked away from his blow-up with Choco Williams during the VFL match last weekend ...... we're not sure who would've been left standing. Both give the impression they can go if required.

 		Rance gets more heat from teammates and coach later this year about intentions to again miss pre-Christmas training ...... all he needs to do is produce a DVD of Nick Riewoldt's form and say, "If it's good enough for him …"
