GOLD Coast has delisted Keegan Brooksby, Clay Cameron, Henry Schade and Cameron Loersch ahead of what looms as a lucrative NAB AFL Draft for the club.

Just 24 hours after the shock retirement of Nick Malceski, the Suns delisted the tall quartet to bring the total number of departures to 10 players. 

Brooksby, 26, played 11 matches in two seasons after he was rookie drafted in 2015 as a mature-aged big man. He played eight matches in 2016 and had 17 disposals and 29 hit-outs in round 23 against Port Adelaide. 

The Suns added ruckman Jarrod Witts from Collingwood during the trade period and have deemed Brooksby surplus to requirements.

Cameron, 22, also played eight matches this season but he did not play after round 10. The 191cm defender played 23 games in four seasons on the list but battled for opportunity. 

Schade, 23, really struggled in 2016 after a breakout season last year. He played 15 games as a key defender in 2015, his fourth season on the list. But he managed just five games this season.

The Suns gambled with 203cm ruckman Cameron Loersch in the 2016 NAB AFL Rookie draft, picking him up with selection No.53. 

The 21-year-old South Fremantle product did not play a senior game and has been delisted after one season at Gold Coast. 

The Suns have delisted seven players in total. Malceski has retired while Jaeger O'Meara and Dion Prestia were both traded. 

The Suns have brought in Witts, Jarryd Lyons and Pearce Hanley and have four picks (Nos.4, 6, 8 and 10) inside the top 10 at the draft next month.
