SYDNEY Swans superstar Lance Franklin has married Jesinta Campbell in a secret ceremony subsequently made public on social media on Saturday morning.
The newlyweds posted a photo on Jesinta Franklin's Instagram page with the words 'Mr & Mrs Franklin'.

Buddy and Jesinta had kept their plans under wraps, with Jesinta saying in May that if they were to marry, the ceremony would be "very simple".
Buddy has been an AFL superstar for close to a decade, kicking 113 goals in Hawthorn's 2008 premiership year, the most recent player to kick 100 goals in a season.
He played in the 2013 flag for the Hawks before joining the Swans on a nine-year deal at the start of 2014.

Three years into that deal, Buddy has continued his brilliant form, kicking 81 goals this year as the Swans made the Grand Final.
He now sits 12th on the list of all-time goalkickers with 787 goals in 246 games. He would need to kick 574 goals in the next six seasons to become the game's greatest ever goalkicker.
