COLLINGWOOD has picked gun forward Moana Hope as one of its marquee women's team players.
Hope was one of the 16 marquee players confirmed on Wednesday morning, with the eight women's clubs each have two marquee players, and rest of their playing lists to come from a draft in October.
The highly skilled, 28-year-old is on track to boot 100 goals for her club St Kilda Sharks in the VFL Women's this season.
She kicked 87 goals in 2014.
Collingwood's women's football manager Meg Hutchins had an up-close look at Hope's goalkicking prowess as a Western Bulldogs teammate in exhibition matches over the past two seasons.
The Magpies also chose young ruckman Emma King, one of five players who will move interstate from the powerful West Australian playing stocks.

Carlton has impressive bookends to start compiling its list for the 2017 season that starts in early February, headed by defender Brianna Davey, the former Australian soccer goalkeeper.
Joining Davey at the Blues is Darcy Vescio, a strong-marking key forward who has impressed with the Bulldogs over the past two seasons.
Vescio, who works at the club, plays with undefeated ladder-leaders Darebin Falcons.
Melbourne has tagged Daisy Pearce and Mel Hickey, who already have a strong connection.
The midfielder and defender both play with Darebin and have appeared for Melbourne in several exhibition games.
At 31, Hickey was a late starter to the game, but the distant relative of former Geelong great Reg Hickey has made up for lost time with two All Australian selections.
Forward Katie Brennan will join the Western Bulldogs, having made a name for herself in the red, white and blue in exhibition matches after moving from Queensland.
