The Jock McHale Medal is presented to the coach of the team that wins the Grand Final. The Norm Smith Medal is presented to the best player in the Grand Final as judged by a handpicked panel of football commentators and journalists.

The Coleman Medal is handed to the player who kicked the most goals in the home and away season. This year that honour belongs to West Coast's Josh Kennedy.
 
The premiership cup will be handed over by a former great of the club that wins the flag.
 
The Grand Final is on October 1.
