WEST Coast could field one of its strongest teams of the season when it bids to make its first Grand Final in nine years against either the Sydney Swans or North Melbourne.
The Eagles appear to have emerged with a clean bill of health from Friday night's qualifying final win over Hawthorn, when they earned a week off and a home preliminary final on September 26.
They held a very light recovery session at Domain Stadium on Monday and all 22 players who played against the Hawks appeared during the session.
Most of the players jogged laps and looked to be moving reasonably freely.
Ruckman Callum Sinclair did not do any running as he continues to manage the knee issue he has carried since round 18 but there are no questions over his availability for the home preliminary final.
Experienced midfielders Matt Priddis (quad) and Chris Masten (hamstring) both missed the win over the Hawks and neither player did much running on Monday but both participated in some stationary ball work. Both are expected to be right for the preliminary final.
In other positive news for West Coast, key defenders Eric Mackenzie and Mitch Brown were both out on the track doing some light running and kicking as they continue to progress well from their respective knee reconstructions earlier this season.
Both men were ruled out for the entire season after suffering anterior cruciate ligament injuries earlier in the year. Mackenzie suffered his injury in the first game of the NAB Challenge on February 27, while Brown's knee buckled in round one against the Western Bulldogs on April 4. Both look on track to be ready for day one of pre-season.
