RICHMOND will be powerless to stop Alex Rance leaving if he accepts a rival free agency offer at the end of this year, with the 2014 All Australian defender not among this year's 11 restricted free agents.
The AFL released its official 2015 free agency list on Tuesday afternoon, with 67 players free to consider opposition offers at the end of this season.

Melbourne skipper Nathan Jones and North Melbourne counterpart Andrew Swallow are among those players who have re-signed since AFL.com.au released its preliminary free agency list in December.
Rance deferred talks with Richmond in January with the key defender understood to want to focus on making a good start to 2015 without the distraction of contract negotiations.
Fremantle is already believed to have expressed significant interest in the 25-year-old All Australian, who is likely to become one of the most sought-after free agents in this year's market given the large number of teams desperately seeking a quality key defender.
On Tuesday afternoon, Richmond coach Damien Hardwick acknowledged there will be a lot of speculation surrounding Rance's future, but said he was pleased with the defender's contract situation.
"Alex is obviously a very important player for us," Hardwick told SEN radio. "We're pretty happy with where we sit with those at the moment.
"(Football manager) Dan Richardson and his squad are doing a very good job in that area, just trying to make sure we get signatures on.
"We're very lucky that Dustin (Martin's) committed long-term, Trent Cotchin the same, so we're confident."
Richardson echoed Hardwick's thoughts.
"Whether he's restricted or unrestricted, it doesn't change how the club approaches his contract ... we understand Alex is very happy at Richmond," Richardson said.
As expected, Patrick Dangerfield, Tom Hawkins, Jack Steven and Scott Selwood are among this year's restricted free agents, while Melbourne will also get the chance to match any rival offers for Colin Garland after last year forgoing the same right with James Frawley after heavily front-ending his contract.
However, key Crows midfielder Richard Douglas and Essendon onballer Brent Stanton are both unrestricted free agents.
Geelong has the most free agents this year with eight, while Adelaide, Essendon, Fremantle and North Melbourne each have six.
Collingwood has just one free agent, Brent Macaffer, while Port Adelaide, Melbourne and the Brisbane Lions have two each.
The Saints have the most restricted free agents with three – Sean Dempster, Sam Gilbert and Jack Steven.
